Wi-Fi lamp and Wired LAN lamp are lit

1. Check1 Is the wireless router turned on?

   If it is already turned on, turn it off, and then turn it back on.

   Do not proceed to the next screen of this guide until the power is turned on. The connection to the wireless router will be temporarily disabled.

2. Check2 Reset the error, and then redo the printer setup.

   Press the RESUME/CANCEL button (A).

   • Redo the WPS Connection
   

3. Check3 Are the wireless router and printer installed in an open space where wireless communication is possible?

4. Check4 Is the wireless router operating in IEEE802.11n, IEEE802.11g or IEEE802.11b?

   • Redo the WPS Connection
