Troubleshooting -WPS (PIN code)-
Select an applicable item.
"Failed to connect <See manual>" is Displayed
The screen appears when an error occurs.
Check the wireless router settings, then configure WPS settings again.
For details on how to check the settings of the wireless router, refer to the manual supplied with the wireless router or contact its manufacturer.
"PIN codes do not match <See manual>" is Displayed
The screen appears when WPS setup was not completed within a specified time.
Perform the setup again and set the new PIN code displayed on the screen to the wireless router.
- Is the network device (router, etc.) turned on? If the network device is already turned on, turn it off, then turn it back on.
Do not operate the screen of this guide until the power is on. The connection to the network device will be temporarily disabled.
"Timeout error <See manual>" is Displayed
The screen appears when WPS setup was not completed within a specified time.
