Cause

Possible causes include the following.

  • There is no paper in the cassette.
  • Paper is not loaded in the cassette properly.
  • Paper size settings at printer driver do not match the paper size registered in the printer.
  • Cassette is not installed.

What to Do

  • During manual 2-sided printing:

    Follow the instructions on the computer screen to prepare the other side for printing.

  • Other:

    Check the support code displayed on the device from which the printout was made and refer to the page linked below.
