Cause

You cannot use online services because communication with the server is not possible.

What to Do

Press the printer's Black button or Color button to cancel the error.

If you use a firewall or proxy server on your network, their settings may prevent the printer from communicating.

Check the firewall or proxy server settings with your security administrator.
