Cause

Possible causes include the following.

• There is no paper in the cassette.
• Paper is not loaded in the cassette properly.

What to Do

After loading the paper in the cassette correctly, follow the messages displayed on the printer's LCD.

• Loading Plain Paper
• Loading Photo Paper
• Loading Envelopes

Note

• To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.

• This error may occur if the transport unit is not installed correctly. Refer to the following page to check the transport unit.
