When Using Other Products

When Using MX920 series, MX720 series, MX520 series, MX450 series, or PRO-1 series*

Connect the product to a network using the Setup CD-ROM.
After completing the connection, start PIXMA Printing Solutions again.
Upon startup, it will detect the product automatically and be ready for use.

• When using the PRO-1 series, you need to upgrade the printer driver and other software to use PIXMA Printing Solutions.

Note

• When using an Android smartphone or tablet, tap (Printer) in PIXMA Printing Solutions, then tap Detect Printer in the displayed screen.

When Using a Product Other than the Above

We are sorry. PIXMA Printing Solutions is not supported, and therefore cannot be used.
