About Information Leakage

Temporary data for printing, copying, or using a scanner is automatically erased from the printer after the job is complete.

(Temporary data will also be deleted by turning off the printer.)

The following data is saved in the printer:

• Network connection and registration data

• Cloud connection and registration data

• Registration data such as images for fax and phone numbers (only for models with fax function)

If you need to erase data, such as when transferring or disposing of the printer, please select "Reset everything" in the printer settings.
