Scanner Driver Does Not Start

  1. Check 1 Make sure that the scanner driver is installed.

    If not installed, install the scanner driver from the web page.

  2. Check 2 Select your scanner or printer on the application's menu.

    Note

    • The operation may differ depending on the application.

  3. Check 3 Make sure that the application supports the ICA (Image Capture Architecture) driver.

    You cannot start the scanner driver from applications not supporting the ICA driver.

  4. Check 4 Scan and save images with IJ Scan Utility and open the files in your application.
