Settings on Client PC

Set up the connection to the print server on the client.

  1. Run the downloaded MP Drivers EXE file

  2. Open the following folders within the created directory: "DrvSetup" folder -> "OTHER" folder -> "CER" folder

    Note

    • If the "OTHER" folder is not found in the created directory, skip to step 4 to open Explorer.

  3. Install the certificate

    1. Double-click the CER file

    2. Click Install Certificate...

    3. Select Local Machine under Store Location, then click Next

    4. Select Place all certificates in the following store, then click Browse...

    5. Select Trusted Publishers, then click OK

    6. Click Next and then Finish

  4. On the client, open Explorer and double-click the icon of the printer you want to share

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer driver

    The client setup is now complete.
    Repeat the same steps for other client computers as needed.
