Notes on Usage (Web Print Optimizer (Windows))

• Your environment must meet the usage conditions for Printer Add-ons. To check the usage conditions, refer to "Notes on Usage (Printer Add-ons (Windows))."

• The layout may not be as expected for web pages under the following conditions:

  • It cannot be reconstructed from the URL alone

  • It cannot be displayed correctly in the browser's print preview

  • It contains video

  • It contains content drawn with the canvas element

  • It retrieves and displays data from outside the page

  • It is displayed in an unsupported language

• Web Print Optimizer may not be available for web pages containing large image files.

• Depending on the web page, the number of printed pages may increase.

• AI technology is used when generating layouts.

• Because AI technology is used, the same web page may produce different layouts.

• Depending on the print settings, the preview after layout generation may differ from the actual printing result.

• It may not be usable on websites with access restrictions, such as those viewable only by paid members.

• For some web pages, the page type may not be detected automatically. In this case, click Choose content type, and then select the page type. If the layout is still not as expected after selecting the page type, switch to the Original tab and print the page.

• The layout may not be as expected for web pages that display multiple news articles or recipes. Use Web Print Optimizer on a web page that displays a single news article or recipe.

• For web pages containing content that appears only after scrolling, only the currently displayed content may be processed by Web Print Optimizer. Scroll through the page to display all content before using Web Print Optimizer.

• If the content is divided across multiple pages, only the currently displayed page is processed by Web Print Optimizer.
