Organizing Artwork in Library
Organize libraries and artwork to make them easier to use by adding categories, renaming categories, or rearranging in descending order of frequency. You can also delete unneeded artwork.
Organizing Library Categories

On the toolbar, click (Artwork Manager Dialog).
The Artwork Manager dialog box appears.

Click the tab of the library whose categories you want to organize.

Organize the categories in the list.
To add new categories:

Click New Category.

Enter a name for the category.
To rename categories:

In the category list, select a category, and then click Rename.

Enter a name for the category.
To change the display order:

Select the category you want to move.

Drag the category to the target location.
To delete categories:

In the category list, select the category you want to delete.

Click Delete.

Click OK.
Important
- Categories with a (Lock) icon cannot be deleted.

Organizing Artwork in Categories

On the toolbar, click (Artwork Manager Dialog).
The Artwork Manager dialog box appears.

Click the tab of the library whose artwork you want to organize.

Click the category of the artwork you want to organize.

Organize artwork.
To move artwork to another category:

Select the artwork.

Click Move.
The Move Artwork dialog box appears.

In Category, select the destination category, and then click OK.
To change the display order:

Select the artwork you want to move.

Drag the artwork to the target location.
To copy artwork from one category to another:

Select the artwork.

Click Copy.

Select the category where you want to paste the copied artwork.

Click Paste.
Important
- Artwork you copied can only be pasted within the same library.
To remove artwork from a category:

Select the artwork you want to remove.

Click Delete.

Click OK.
Important
- Artwork with a (Lock) icon cannot be deleted.
