Adding QR Codes

Add QR codes to posters.
Add QR codes to convey additional information that cannot be conveyed by a poster alone.

  1. From the Insert menu, select Add / Replace Image > QR Code....

    The QR code dialog box appears.

  2. In QR code, enter text such as email address and URL, and then click OK.

    The QR code is added to the poster. It can be placed as desired in the same way as other objects.

Important

  • If a large number of characters is entered, a warning message may appear depending on the scanning device used. The approximate number of characters that can be entered in QR code is as follows.

    • Numbers only: 513 characters or less
    • Letters and numbers: 311 characters or less

  • The number of characters that can be entered in a single QR code is as follows.

    • Numbers only: 7089 characters or less
    • Letters and numbers: 4296 characters or less
