Check Physical Connection

1. Check 1 Is the printer power turned on?
2. Check 2 Check the connection type of the printer you want to use.

3. Check 3 Are the computer and the wireless router connected properly?

   Check the communication status between the computer and the wireless router.

4. Check 4 Is the wireless router power turned on?

   If the wireless router indicates an error, switch the power of the wireless router off and then on again. Once the wireless router has restarted, click [Refresh].

• If the wireless router still cannot be detected even after you have checked the physical connection, check the settings for the selected wireless router.
