Registering the Account on Picasa Web Albums

Make sure that the machine is turned on.

Confirming that the Power Is On

Update the firmware of the machine.

If the firmware version is earlier than 3.000, updating the firmware is necessary.

See below for how to confirm the firmware version or update the firmware.

Firmware update

Press the MENU button.

The menu screen is displayed.

Select Web service, then press the OK button.

Select Web service setup, then press the OK button.

Use the button to select Online Album connection setup, then press the OK button.

Use the button to select Register account, then press the OK button.

Note

• When you delete the account, select Delete account, then press the OK button. After selecting Picasa Web Albums to delete the account and pressing the OK button, the confirmation screen to delete the account is displayed. To delete the account, select Yes and press the OK button.

Use the button to select Picasa Web Albums to register the account, then press the OK button.

The message for account information is displayed.

Use the button to select Yes, then press the OK button.

Load A4 plain paper, then press the OK button.

The URL for confirmation and the code are printed.

Open the browser of your computer, smartphone, or tablet, then access to the printed URL and perform authentication.

Important

• Access to the printed URL and perform authentication immediately.

• If the time for authentication has passed, an error message is displayed on the LCD. Go back to step 10.

When the message to inform you account confirmation is complete is displayed, press the OK button.

The account registration is complete.
