Deleting Registered Information

To delete information registered for recipient and group dial, follow the procedure below.

1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.

2. Select FAX on the HOME screen.

   LCD and Operation Panel

   The Fax standby screen is displayed.

3. Use the button to select Function list, then press the OK button.

   The Function list screen is displayed.

4. Use the button to select TEL number registration, then press the OK button.

5. Use the button to select Directory registration, then press the OK button.

6. Use the button to select a registration menu to delete, then press the OK button.

7. Use the button to select a recipient or a group dial to delete, then press the OK button.

8. Use the button to select Delete, then press the OK button.

9. Use the button to select Yes, then press the OK button.
