Turning the printer on

Press the ON button to turn the printer on.
The POWER lamp flashes and then remains lit.
Note- After you turn the printer on, it requires a warm-up period of about 20 seconds before any operations. Wait until the standby screen is displayed.

You can set the printer to turn on automatically when printing is started from a printer connected by USB or network. This feature is disabled by default.

Turning the printer off

Press the ON button to turn the printer off.
Once the POWER lamp stops flashing, the printer goes off.
Important- Before unplugging the printer after turning it off, confirm that the POWER lamp is off.
Note-
You can set the printer to turn off automatically after a specified period when no print jobs are received from a computer. This feature is enabled by default.
