Roll Paper Remains/Lacks under Quantity Management

  1. Check 1 Make sure Enable is selected for Roll paper auto feed.

    When you load a roll paper, specify the remaining amount of roll within five seconds.

    If you do not, the roll length specified on Advanced paper settings is regarded as the default value.

    The difference between the value and actual length of loaded roll paper makes the remaining amount large or small.

  2. Check 2 Check the setting of Manage remaining roll amount.

    • If Barcodes is selected for Manage remaining roll amount:

      1. Enter Length of roll paper 1 and Length of roll paper 2, and then tap OK.

      2. Select 0 (default) for Roll amount warning setting.

    • If Warning message only is selected for Manage remaining roll amount:

      Select 0 (default) for Roll amount warning setting.
