Cannot Find Printer while Using Wired LAN

  1. Check1 Make sure printer is turned on.

  2. Check2 Is icon displayed on touch screen?

    If the icon is not displayed, select Active on Wired LAN active/inactive in Wired LAN under LAN settings.

  3. Check3 Make sure LAN cable is connected properly.

    Make sure the printer is connected to the router with the LAN cable. If the LAN cable is loose, connect the cable properly.

    If the LAN cable is connected to the WAN side of the router, connect the cable to the LAN side of the router.
