Copying Booklets

When copying a booklet created with long-side binding, each page usually has to be rotated.This function enables you to copy such booklets with the correct orientation, without changing the settings for each page.

  1. Check that printer is turned on.

  2. Load paper.

  3. Select Copy on the HOME screen.

  4. Select Booklet copy.

  5. Confirm the displayed information, then select OK.

  6. Specify settings as necessary.

    You can specify the number of copies in the Copy standby screen.

    For more on the setting items:

  7. Tap Black or Color.

  8. Follow on-screen instructions to place the side of the booklet to copy on platen and select OK.

  9. Follow on-screen instructions to place the side of the next page to copy on platen and select Scan.
