Paper Information Registration Screen Appears Even Though No Paper Is Loaded

If the printer is exposed to very bright light such as direct sunlight, the paper information registration screen may appear regardless of whether or not paper is loaded. Load the paper when the printer is not exposed to bright light, or from (Setup) on the HOME screen, select Feed settings > Check paper replacement, and set to Disable.
