Cannot load sheets
When using the roll holder and in the following cases, remove the roll holder and set the cut sheet according to the Paper Alignment Line (A) on the right side of the printer.

The width of cut sheet is larger than the width of roll paper.

Roll diameter of roll paper is large.

Size of the cut sheet is A4 Letter, or less.

Roll paper is not loaded in the roll holder.
Note
- You cannot load a roll paper and sheets on the printer at the same time.
