Falta/sobra rollo de papel al utilizar la administración de cantidad

Compruebe la configuración de Gestionar cantidad rollos restant. (Manage remaining roll amount).

• Si se selecciona Códigos de barras (Barcodes) para Gestionar cantidad rollos restant. (Manage remaining roll amount):

  1. Introduzca Longitud del rollo de papel (Roll paper length) y seleccione OK.

  2. Seleccione Cantidad de rollos 3 (estándar) (Roll amount 3 [standard]) en Config. advert. cantidad rollos (Roll amount warning setting).

• Si se selecciona Solo mensaje de advertencia (Warning message only) para Gestionar cantidad rollos restant. (Manage remaining roll amount):

  Seleccione Cantidad de rollos 3 (estándar) (Roll amount 3 [standard]) en Config. advert. cantidad rollos (Roll amount warning setting).
