從Google Cloud Print刪除印表機

如果印表機所有者變更或要重新註冊印表機，按照以下步驟從Google Cloud Print刪除印表機。

可以用以下兩種方法從Google Cloud Print刪除印表機。

重要事項

  • 印表機需要連接網際網路，才能從Google Cloud Print刪除印表機。 網際網路連接會收取費用。

使用Google Chrome刪除

  1. 啟動電腦上的Google Chrome瀏覽器。

  2. 從您的名稱或螢幕右上方的(使用者圖示)選擇登入 Chrome(Sign in to Chrome)。

  3. 登入Google帳戶。

  4. 從[自訂和控制Google Chrome(Customize and control Google Chrome)功能表]選擇設定(Settings)。

  5. 選擇進階(Advanced)以顯示資訊。

  6. 針對Google 雲端列印(Google Cloud Print)選擇管理 Google 雲端裝置(Manage Google Cloud devices)。

  7. 選擇裝置清單上所用型號名稱旁邊的管理(Manage)。

  8. 選擇刪除(Delete)。

  9. 顯示刪除印表機的確認訊息時，按OK按鈕。

使用印表機刪除

  1. 確認印表機是否已開啟。

  2. 在主頁螢幕上選擇各種設定(Various settings)，然後按OK按鈕。

  3. 使用上下按鈕選擇Web服務設定(Web service setup)，然後按OK按鈕。

  4. 選擇Web服務連接設定(Web service connection setup) > Google Cloud Print設定(Google Cloud Print setup) > 從Google Cloud Print刪除(Delete from Google Cloud Print)。

  5. 顯示刪除印表機的確保訊息時，選擇是(Yes)並按OK按鈕。

  6. 顯示完成刪除的訊息時，按OK按鈕。
