Check 4: Cannot Find Printer on Check Printer Settings Screen During Wired LAN Setup (Windows)

Is printer connected to router?

Use the operation panel to make sure the printer is connected to the router.

Select Various settings on HOME screen and select Device settings > LAN settings > Confirm LAN settings > LAN setting list.

Make sure Connection on the LCD is set to Active.

If Connection is set to Inactive:

The printer is not connected to the router. Connect the printer to the router.

Once you have connected the printer to the router, redo the network communication setup from the beginning.

If Connection is set to Active:

Go to check 5.
