Security Policy
Many organizations have established security policies such as basic information security policies and countermeasure standards, and it is desirable that information devices such as personal computers and multifunction printers operate accordingly. With this printer, multiple settings related to security policies can be centrally managed from the Remote UI, and the system can be configured so that only information security personnel can change the settings by providing a dedicated password.
* Security policy setting is intended for centralized management of information security-related functions and settings, and is not a function to prevent information leakage itself.
