Cannot Print from macOS

1. Check1 Make sure printer is turned on.

   • Power Supply

   If the printer is turned on, cycle the power switch, and then check whether the issue is resolved.

2. Check2 Make sure printer is registered to your macOS device.

3. Check3 Make sure USB cable is securely plugged in to printer and computer.

4. Check4 Make sure printer has enough paper and ink.

5. Check5 Make sure printer's Alarm lamp is flashing.

   If the Alarm lamp is flashing, an error has occurred. Check the following page for errors and take action.
