Cannot Print from macOS

1. Check 1 Make sure printer is turned on.

   • Power Supply

   If the printer is turned on, cycle the power switch, and then check whether the issue is resolved.

2. Check 2 Make sure printer is registered to your computer.

3. Check 3 Make sure USB cable is securely plugged in to printer and computer.

4. Check 4 Make sure printer has enough paper and ink.

5. Check 5 Make sure printer's Alarm lamp is not lit or flashing.

   If the Alarm lamp is lit or flashing, an error has occurred. Check the following page for errors and take action.
