Cause

Inner cover or print head lock lever is open.

What to Do

Open the top cover and the inner cover, and then make sure the print head lock lever is closed properly.

Make sure there are no foreign objects caught in the top cover or the inner cover, and then close the inner cover and the top cover.

If this error appears again, close the inner cover and the top cover, turn the power off, wait a moment, and then turn the power back on.

Note

• If installing a print head, close the inner cover and the top cover after finishing.
