Cause

Preparation for printing on multi-purpose tray compatible media was not completed.

What to Do

Pull out the paper output tray until you see on the paper output tray, then release the paper output tray.

The paper output tray automatically moves into position.

• To cancel printing, tap Stop on the printer's touch screen.
