Cause

Printable disc (CD/DVD/BD) is not loaded or is loaded incorrectly.

What to Do

Remove the multi-purpose tray, load the printable disc correctly, and then place the multi-purpose tray back into the printer.

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.

Important

• When printing on multi-purpose tray compatible media, use the multi-purpose tray provided with the printer.

• To cancel printing, tap Stop on the printer's touch screen.
