Cause

Multi-purpose tray is not placed in the printer.

What to Do

Load compatible media in the multi-purpose tray and place the multi-purpose tray correctly in the printer.

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.

• When printing on multi-purpose tray compatible media, use the multi-purpose tray provided with the printer.

• To cancel printing, tap Stop on the printer's touch screen.
