Cause

Printable disc (BD/DVD/CD, etc.) is not set, or the disc position is misaligned.

What to Do

Set the printable disc properly by following these steps.

1. Remove multi-purpose tray.

2. Place printable disc on multi-purpose tray properly.

3. Place multi-purpose tray on multi-purpose tray guide.

4. Select OK on printer's touch screen.

   The printer starts printing.

Important

• When you print on multi-purpose tray compatible media, use the supplied multi-purpose tray.

Note

• To cancel printing, tap Stop on the touch screen.
