Cause
Printing on the multi-purpose tray compatible media cannot be performed because the paper output tray is pulled out.
What to Do
Retract the paper output support and push the paper output tray until it stops.
After the paper output tray aligns with the operation panel, push the paper output tray in until it stops.
Properly place the multi-purpose tray on the multi-purpose tray guide.
After setting the multi-purpose tray, press the printer's OK button.
Note
- To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
- If the tape for securing the paper output tray or protective material remains attached, remove it.
