Cause

Because paper other than A4 or Letter size is loaded in the cassette, automatic print head alignment cannot be performed.

What to Do

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error and take the corresponding actions below.

• Load one sheet of A4 or Letter size plain paper in the cassette.
• Register the paper information on the printer according to the loaded paper in the cassette correctly.

Then perform automatic print head alignment again.
