Cause
When performing fit-to-page copy with smartphone or tablet, original is loaded in ADF (Auto Document Feeder). ADF does not support fit-to-page copy.
What to Do
Select a copy method besides fit-to-page copy in reduction/enlargement setting or move the original to the platen, and then try again.
