Cause

Possible causes include the following.

• Received print job for Roll 1 (Upper) while Roll 2 (Lower) is in use.
• Received print job for Roll 2 (Lower) while Roll 1 (Upper) is in use.

What to Do

Tap OK on the touch screen to dismiss the error.

Remove the printed matter, and then try again.
