In Other Cases

Make sure of the following:

1. Check1 Are there any foreign objects around the paper output slot?

2. Check2 Are there any foreign objects in the rear tray or the manual feed tray?

   

   If there are any foreign objects in the rear tray or the manual feed tray, be sure to turn off the printer, unplug it from the power supply, then remove the foreign object.

   

   Note

   • If the feed slot cover is opened, close it slowly.

3. Check3 Is the paper curled?

   Load the paper after correcting its curl.
