Checking Error History on Operation Panel

Follow the instructions below to display the error history.

  1. Make sure printer is turned on.

  2. Select Printer information on HOME screen.

  3. Use UPDOWN button to select Error history and press OK button.

    Up to 5 error histories is displayed.
