Cause

Possible causes include the following.

• There is no paper in the cassette 1.

• Paper is not loaded in the cassette 1 properly.

Action

Take the corresponding actions below.

• Load paper in the cassette 1.

  The small size photo paper such as 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm) or 5" x 7" (13 x 18 cm), or Hagaki can be loaded in the cassette 1.

  Important

  • If you cut plain paper into small size such as 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm) or 5" x 7" (13 x 18 cm) and try to print on it, the paper jam will occur.

• Align the paper guides with the both edges of the paper when you load paper in the cassette 1.

After carrying out the above measures, tap OK on the touch screen to dismiss the error.

• If you want to cancel printing, touch the machine's Stop button.
