Oorzaak

Het mediumtype en het papierformaat zijn niet correct ingesteld.

Actie

Druk op de knop Stoppen (Stop) op het apparaat om het afdrukken te annuleren, wijzig de instelling voor mediumtype of papierformaat en druk daarna opnieuw af.

• Als het mediumtype is ingesteld op Glossy Foto Papier Extra II (Photo Paper Plus Glossy II):

  Stel het papierformaat in op 10x15cm 4"x6" (4"x6" 10x15cm) (Windows)/10 x 15 (4 x 6) (Mac) of 13x18cm 5"x7" (5"x7" 13x18cm) (Windows)/13 x 18 (5 x 7) (Mac).

• Als het mediumtype is ingesteld op Foto Glans Papier (Glossy Photo Paper):

  Stel het papierformaat in op 10x15cm 4"x6" (4"x6" 10x15cm) (Windows)/10 x 15 (4 x 6) (Mac).

• Als het mediumtype is ingesteld op Envelop (Envelope):

  Stel het papierformaat in op Com 10-envelop (Envelope Com 10) (Windows)/Nr. 10-envelop (Envelope #10) (Mac) of DL-envelop (Envelope DL) (Windows)/Mac.
