Cause

Cause of following may have occurred failure of sending mail.

• File size of scanned data is too large.
• Printer's memory is full.

What to Do

Press the printer's OK button.

Take the corresponding actions below.

• Lower the resolution and retry to scanning.
• Reduce the documents and retry to scanning.

If the error is not resolved, take the corresponding actions below.

• Check the maximum attachment file size for sending the scanned data.

  You can set the maximum attachment file size with Remote UI.

• Check your mail server condition.
