Cause
You cannot use online services because an error has occurred while communicating with the server.
What to Do
Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.
Check that printer and router are turned on.
This may be a temporary communication problem.
Turn on the printer and the router and wait a short while before printing again.
If you use a firewall or proxy server on your network, their settings may prevent the printer from communicating.
Check the firewall or proxy server settings with your security administrator.
If this does not solve the problem, reset the LAN settings and redo the network setup.

Changing the MTU setting from the printer's Remote UI may resolve compatibility issues in certain communication environments. In most cases, the MTU setting should be Auto, but in certain environments, selecting a lower value, such as 1000, may improve communication.
