Cause

You cannot use online services because the printer failed to communicate with the proxy server.

What to Do

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.

The printer may have failed to communicate with the proxy server.

Check if the printer's proxy server is set correctly (If the proxy server requires authentication, its user name and password).

You can check the proxy server settings by printing out the network settings information.

If this does not solve the problem, reset the LAN settings and redo the network setup.

You can also set it manually in the LAN settings.
