300B
Cause
You cannot use online services because the printer does not have Internet access.
What to Do
Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.
Make sure your router is connected to the Internet.
If the router is connected to the Internet, the printer may not be able to communicate with the DNS server.
Check if the printer's DNS server setting is set to Auto setup.
You can check the DNS server settings by printing out the network settings information.
If you cannot access the Internet even with Auto setup, you may be able to connect by changing to Manual setup the printer's DNS server settings. In this case, set the DNS server value that is used by the computer or smartphone that accesses the Internet, or set the printer to use public DNS.
If this does not solve the problem, reset the LAN settings and redo the network setup.
