Cause
You cannot use online services because the printer is not connected to the network.
What to Do
Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.
Check that printer and wireless router are turned on.
If the printer is already on, turn it off and on again.
Set the IP address to automatic.
If the error recurs after taking the above actions, after initializing the printer settings, redo setup.
