Cause
You cannot use online services because the connection between the printer and the wireless router is unstable.
What to Do
Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.
Check that printer and wireless router are turned on.
If the printer is already on, turn it off and on again.
Move the printer and wireless router closer to the appropriate distance by referring to the following page.
