Cause
Cannot print. Possible causes include the following.
- The printer is not connected to the network.
- The subscription service contract is not active.
Important
- You cannot use the printer unless your subscription service contract is valid.
What to Do
Press the printer's Stop button to cancel printing, and follow the instructions below.

Refer to the following page and connect the printer to the network (wireless router).
