Cause

No document is loaded in ADF (Auto Document Feeder).

What to Do

Select OK on the printer's touch screen to cancel the error.

Insert documents back side up in the document tray and select Scan on the printer's touch screen.

Note

  • To cancel copying, press the printer's Stop button.
