Cassette Is Not Installed (1876)

Cause

Possible causes include the following.

• The cassette 1 is not installed.
• The cassette 1 is not pushed all the way into the printer.

What to Do

After loading the paper in the cassette 1 and installing the cassette in the printer, follow the messages displayed on the printer's touch screen.

Important

• Align the paper guides of the cassette 1 with both edges of the paper.

  Push the cassette 1 all the way into the printer.

  Load the paper correctly and install the cassette 1 correctly, referring to Loading Plain Paper / Delivery Slips in Cassette.
