Printer Setup Is Not Complete (15A1)

Cause

Possible causes include the following.

  • Language selection is not complete.
  • The date and time settings are not complete.
  • Print head alignment has not been completed.
  • The selection regarding permission for automatic update has not been completed.

What to Do

Proceed with the printer setup according to the message displayed on the printer's LCD.

When selecting a setting item, select it with the left right buttons and press the OK button.

Then continue with printer setup on your PC.

If this error occurs while operating the printer from a smartphone / tablet, complete the printer setup and then operate again.
